I always stay here. No regrets. Staff was great helping my elderly parents. Has Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware, AC, Flat-screen TV. Coming back for holiday.

There were occasional delays in retrieving luggage, causing inconvenience to guests rushing to catch their flights.

The property had a great view and great-sized rooms. The location was very convenience and magnificent, very Close to the monorail that will bring you to Bukit Bintang in 2 stops, I really enjoyed it.

Rooms were very noisy.

One of the restaurants, Deep Blue, was just walking distance from the apartment. It was in a magnificent location.

Loved the hotel's amenities like the pool, gym, and restaurant. The location was great, close to attractions like Merdeka Square and the Petronas Towers. The apartment itself was spacious and had a beautiful sun terrace.

the reception on the 50th floor wasn't always open, which made it difficult to communicate my arrival and departure times. the washing machine broke and we had to leave with wet clothes.
